In the Rotonde, we can study lessons and do exercices. We can meet new friends or see friends.Certains persons listen to music (rock, reggae,...). If peaople are tired, they sleep on the tables. We can read too. We can eat sweets or sugars.

Do you like to be at the La Martiniere-Duchere ?
The first librarian answer : -Me, I chose to be here ! Because I knew a librarian who worked here. And I enjoy it ! The second librarian answer : -For me, it’s different. I was transferred here. But I like it, yes. So, they like our high-school ! Good !
Do you often go to the library, pupils ?
One answer : Oh, no, it’s very uncommon ! An other answer : Yes, every day ! (I tell him :the Sunday too ? and he answered no, when there is school). Today, they are here to do their homeworks. We have ask the two boys when do you think about the library, and what they read. The first said he doesn’t care, and he doesn’t read. The second, nicer than the first, said he doesn’t think anything about the library, but he read fantasy books. Others responded they go often, or sometimes here, they read fantasy books too, or detective story. A girl wants to extend the place where there are fantasy books, because it’s too small for her ! So, different types of pupils go to the library.

- No, I have been the headmaster of this school since 1st September of 2010. Before, I were the headmaster of some different schools like Nice, Clermont-Ferrant…
- Oh, so why did you choose this school ?
- I chose this school because it’s an interesting school, with a good pedagogy.
- A good pedagogy ?
- Yes it is a good pedagogy because we have lots of kinds of sections like post-graduate, technological, general, bts (two-year degrees)…
- Could you explain us why this school is a good school ?
- Yes I can explain it, this school has a good classification, 2300 students, 450 people in the staff.
- Oh ok nice, and what do you do or what do you will do in this school ?
- I must check that the programs are respected strictly, I must build the policy of the highschool, to make news sections or delete some of them because it is not sure that all sections can offer a job after.
- So with you, we are sure to have a job later!
